I see you are a McGill student, I may apply to this uni next year, what do you think about your education, about yout student life, the people here?
hi! yes i am :) and have been for quite some time, did my undergrad there, and after a year off am now doing my masters. the education in my opinion is really good, student life is great as are the people. if you’re coming from outside the province and are going to live in rez then you’ll meet lots of fun people and have a blast. if you are from montreal your experience will be very different but fun nevertheless. as to the people, what i find quite cool is the fact it is extremely multicultural and international, so you will meet people from all over. as to the educational experience, i really think it depends on what the major is, what i mean is that for example being in architecture where we were 50 per year in undergrad, we got really close to our teachers, more of a one-on-one relationship than in a classroom of 200. hope that helps, and let me know if you have more questions! :)
